It ain't over 'til the Fat Lady Sings ... and she's putting on her makeup! **URGENT CALL TO ACTION!**

Here are TWO important dates to mark on your calendar (different dates, and events - SAME ADDRESS):

1) BOOTS ON THE GROUND: February 2, 2010, Tuesday, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Travis TNR (Transportation and Natural Resources), 4501 FM 620 N, Austin, TX 78732 (located next to PEC northeast of Mansfield Dam).

They said that 'the conservative movement is dead'. Well, last week we helped put Repub Number 41 in the Senate, and the Supreme Court voted in favor (5-4) for our First Amendment Rights. We are the ones with HOPE! and it's time to put our boots on the ground!

We would like to meet with all of you who would like to be involved in the next steps of our movement. There are tons of resources we have tapped in to, to help us hit the pavement running! With the power of everyone's creativity and hard work, we can overcome all obstacles!

2) CONVENTION 101 (THIS IS A MAJOR EVENT - PLEASE DO NOT MISS IT!): February 4, 2010, Thursday, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Travis TNR (Transportation and Natural Resources), 4501 FM 620 N, Austin, TX 78732 (located next to PEC northeast of Mansfield Dam). Felicia Cravens, founder of Houston Tea Party Society, and Board Member of Common Sense Texans, will teach us that political conventions aren’t just for the “party elite.” They are for everyone who wants to become more involved in shaping the direction of the party. If you’ve never attended a convention because you didn’t know what happened or what to do, Houston Tea Party Society takes the mystery out of the process, and she is coming to Austin to educate us! [She will cover: Why Go To Convention, Precinct Convention, Senate District Convention, Strategies, Committees and Volunteer Opportunities, and Parliamentary Procedure.
